At Rio Jewel Spa, your reservations are very important to us. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and you may need to cancel your service. We ask that you cancel your reservation at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled service, so that we can fill your spot with guests on our wait list that would love to come visit us.  Cancellations made less than 6 hours of the reservation time will be charged 100% of all scheduled services. All fees must be made before another reservation will be scheduled. Please note that this cancellation policy applies to all services provided by our company. 

All "No Shows" will result in a 100% charge for all scheduled services.

We ask that our guests arrive on time for their scheduled reservation. We allow a grace period of 10 minutes. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no show and a fee of 100% of all scheduled services, will apply. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to accommodate others whose reservations follow yours.

If you find that you are running late, please give us a call so that we can determine if we are still able to accommodate you. You may be required to reschedule.

A $30 deposit is required for all Massage services and/or Waxing services that exceed 1 hour. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of your service. The deposit will be non-refundable if cancellation/no show/late policies are not followed. An additional deposit will be required if you wish to schedule a new reservation.
